I rented from Tara for over 5 years. She was very professional and quick to fix any issues that my roommates and I had. She also was very compassionate and cares about her tenants and their needs. She really seems to love what she does and she is an excellent landlord. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I've rented from Willamette Valley Rentals three separate times over the last 7 or so years, and each time I was appreciative of their variety in properties and the quick response to my inquiries. The propertymanager is so helpful and took the time to help me find the place that fit my needs and price range. I moved into clean units each time, and my requests for any maintenance were quickly answered and taken care of promptly. I was treated kindly each time I interacted with the manager, and I am very happy to be working with them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find it is very important to start speaking with new customers as soon as possible. One of the things that makes us unique is our desire to make sure your concerns and needs are being met. In order to do this, we must take the time to get to know you are your property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have the required licensing to perform property management services in the state of Oregon. In addition to the continuing education requirements to maintain our license we are active in many landlord organizations.
