FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, like all attorneys, have continuing legal education requirements. The majority of my continuing legal education is in the area of mortgage problems and foreclosure, and claims against abusive debt collectors. I also give talks frequently to other attorneys, CPA's, and consumers regarding debt and taxes. I also have the privilege of being asked to speak to fellow attorneys and deliver workshops in the areas of tax, bankruptcy, and debt settlement.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We resolve debt through bankruptcy and debt settlement negotiation, handle problems with the IRS and state taxing authorities, stop foreclosures and fight mortgage servicers through litigation and bankruptcy. We also file lawsuits against abusive debt collectors.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Pick someone you trust to do good work.
