When do you need caricaturing?
It’s free with no obligation to hire
Introduction: Everybody wants to loosen up, have fun, and make sincere connections. That's what I help people do. I began drawing portraits for hire in 2018 because of the joy I experienced in every interaction. I offer playful and genuine energy to every single guest that I draw. I'm often told I ask great questions. I enjoy getting to know each person I draw so that their personality can shine through in their portrait. Asking questions also allows me to include a quote with each portrait, which is a signature of mine that always makes people laugh, and sometimes cry--in a good way.

Live Portraits - Corporate Events
Illustrated Wedding Guestbook

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing for live portraits (drawing at an event) is hourly, not per portrait. For wedding packages, my pricing is different than typical events because it includes an illustrated guestbook for the newlyweds. This keepsake is a custom-printed book that includes copies of all the portraits, messages from guests, and extra illustrations from the big day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? For events: 1. We determine the duration of time you want me to draw portraits and the optimal location for me to set up at the event. 2. To book your event, I require a deposit from $150-$250 depending on total cost. 3. I show up and draw your guests! It's fun! For remote illustration projects: 1. We have an an introductory phone call (or email if preferred) about the scope of your project. 2. We set a timeline and expectations. 3. I deliver initial sketches for approval. A revision process is included. 4. Upon approval of sketches, I complete the illustration(s) and deliver them in your preferred digital format(s). 5. Hopefully, you leave me a great review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a degree in journalism that included a wide variety of visual communication and design courses. I wrote business plans for 5 years, which taught me to ask good questions in order to understand the unique goals of diverse businesses. I've designed marketing materials, websites, and all sorts of special art projects so I am skilled in functional design for digital media as well as art by hand.
