There is nothing worse than being out smarted by your computer. I have had a great experience being helped by Shaye Bigelow who owns and manages PCPRONW.COM. (Pcpronorthwest). What I really like is the Remote computer diagnoses and fixes as I watch my "personal IT " manage my problems on my computer and give me a report.,, After trying to figure out my computer problem myself with some frustration and using up valuable time, it took Shaye a few minutes to get me and my computer on track again. The most helpful people in my life is a good Doctor and a great IT. I have been lucky to have been using Shaye's expertise as " MY IT" for a couple of years. . Life is good!
