I had a full system crash on my laptop. I needed a fix right away, found pcpronw online and nearby. They were able to get me in right away, diagnose my issues, and fix my laptop like new again on time and on budget. Friendliest and fastest service that beats any big box store warranty and service department. A+ for these guys!

There is nothing worse than being out smarted by your computer. I have had a great experience being helped by Shaye Bigelow who owns and manages PCPRONW.COM. (Pcpronorthwest). What I really like is the Remote computer diagnoses and fixes as I watch my "personal IT " manage my problems on my computer and give me a report.,, After trying to figure out my computer problem myself with some frustration and using up valuable time, it took Shaye a few minutes to get me and my computer on track again. The most helpful people in my life is a good Doctor and a great IT. I have been lucky to have been using Shaye's expertise as " MY IT" for a couple of years. . Life is good!
