- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The majority of criminal cases are handled on a flat fee basis, some on an hourly basis. All civil injury cases are handled on a contingency basis, we don't get paid unless you get paid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the potential client's needs and comfort level, we can either meet at my office or conduct all business over the phone, email, and fax. In rare cases we do come to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jeff is a graduate of Michigan State University, and the Willamette University College of Law. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar Association, the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
