We hired Brit's company for day-of wedding coordination. She was responsive and helpful leading up to the wedding day; she knew the right details to make sure were nailed down, and went the extra mile in doing a physical walkthrough of the venue -- on top of two verbal walkthroughs of our run of show -- ahead of time. Her colleague, Kelsey, was the actual day-of coordinator. She stayed on top of the details and was quick to respond to issues that arose. Overall, they definitely know what they're doing and executed it expertly. Brit also was very sweet and left us a congrats gift at the front desk for when we arrived. :)

Her responsiveness to emails, texts, and calls was outstanding, especially given the tight timeline of planning a wedding in just five weeks. Brit’s patience and flexibility were remarkable, as she adeptly managed numerous changes, including changes day of the Wedding. During the rehearsal at our home with 25 people, Brit and her husband expertly kept everyone organized. They provided great suggestions and listened attentively to the bridal party’s ideas, offering creative solutions that worked for everyone. Many guests commented on Brit’s professionalism, calm demeanor, and friendly approach. On the wedding day, Brit’s standout skills was her ability to manage wedding vendors, including the caterers. She coordinated with all parties involved, ensuring that everyone was on the same page and that the event ran smoothly. Her expertise was evident in how she handled logistics and timing with the caterers, ensuring that the food service was timely and met our expectations. Brit was able to tackle any issues that arose swiftly and decisively. oversaw the decor setup, and made on-the-spot decisions with remarkable efficiency. Reflecting on the experience, I can’t help but wish I had Brit for my first daughter’s wedding as well. I genuinely believe that the success of this wedding was largely due to Brit’s exceptional coordination and management skills I don't know how my daughters wedding would have ran so smoothly without Brits help. I highly recommend her as your Wedding Coordinator.

Brit & Monteleone Wedding Coordinating was an absolute gem to work with. We brought her on for month-of / day-of coordination for our wedding, but she delivered far beyond that. She’s very thoughtful & intentional with the way she works, keeping every detail in mind, no matter how big or small. She did a wonderful job checking in with us in the months leading up to make sure we had everything we needed & always offered help wherever she could. On the day of our wedding, she came with an assistant (aka husband, Mike, who is a literal lifesaver!) and they both made the entire day run seamlessly. As an incredibly type A person/bride, I wanted to know about every little thing that was going on, but she made sure to leave me out of any issues (even ones that involved an injury and 911…) & got things handled with the folks we left in charge. All in all, it was a perfect day and we have Brit & Mike to thank for a lot of it. Thank you so much to the both of you! What a dream team.

Brit and Mike were amazing day of coordinators. A few weeks ahead Brit and I started chatting regularly to align on our vision for the day and run of show, and from there she handled all the details with professionalism and poise. She followed up with other vendors in the hectic days leading up to our wedding so that I didn’t have to - and everyone showed up exactly when and where they were supposed to. They did a great job with venue set up, rehearsal, day of vendor management and run of show. She was a confident, clear communicator, and very receptive to my (borderline bridezilla at times) feedback. I really appreciated their experience, professionalism, willingness to travel, and attention to detail. It was so nice to just be present on my wedding day and know someone else was handling things behind the scenes. Can’t recommend them enough!
