My personal makeup artist for the day was Jules. She was perfection! When we did my trial run for hair and makeup, she captured exactly what I was looking for. But even then, told me to sit on it, make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I then completely changed my mind and she ran with it! Day of she cranked out everyone’s hair, and made them feel beautiful. The makeup she did on me was flawless and lasted all night. The other artist who did the rest of the bridal parties makeup, as well as my mom’s, made them feel spoiled and beautiful. The team was on time, so sweet and interacted with us. They didn’t leave a mess. And all communication leading up to the event through the main office was amazing, quick response time and very professional. 10/10 stars!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
DISCOUNTS, PROMOTIONS & COUPONS Discounts for groups and for off-season months are available. We also offer a military discount for active military. fire fighters and police officers. Discounts should be listed on your formal quote, however these are prepared especially for you by a human so do let us know if we've missed something. Each month we offer 2 or 3 promotions as well as coupons which can be found on our Current Promotions page.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Booking services with Legendary Makeup & Hair is easy and organized. A personal online Wedding Account account is created especially for each bride/client. Your Wedding Account will have in it all the information we have regarding your event. This allows us to know right when a change is made and it ensures great communication and accuracy for your special day. STEP 1: REQUEST AVAILABILITY & PRICING To check availability & pricing for our Bridal Services, fill out our brief Bridal Inquiry Form. We will send you out availability and our basic package pricing. You will also be sent a link to begin filling out your event details - The Know Your Event Questionnaire. STEP 2: REQUEST A FORMAL QUOTE/SERVICES ESTIMATE Once you've completed filling out your event details and submitted your Know Your Event Questionnaire we will then have all the details we need to send you exact pricing. There is no obligation at this time, so be sure to list any participants and services you may want. You can then see what discounts, promos and freebies you qualify for. You can always edit your request later. The formal quote is valid for only 14 days without a deposit. The services estimate will detail the services, any additional fees such as parking or travel and will also outline the recommended service start time. STEP 3: THE CONTRACT The contract will outline all the important details. The date, the start time, the services, the completion time, the pricing and the payment plan. It will also spell out what we will do for you and when leading up to event day. It will also state what assistance we'll need from you along the way. The Contract can just be eSigned right online. STEP 4: THE INVOICE This is the final step in reserving your date! We just require a 50% deposit to reserve your date and your artists. The deposit will be applied to the Final Payment Invoice. We do have the ability to do group invoicing if you don't feel like wrangling you bridal party to figure out who owes what. Our easy and convenient online payment system can do the work for you. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our Master Makeup & Hair Artists have at least 10 years working in this industry. All artists hold active cosmetology licenses and/or esthetics licenses. We also offer specialty artists trained & certified in airbrush, SFX, spray tanning and lash extensions.
