- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Like most personal injury lawyers, we work on a contingency fee basis. This means that our clients do not pay anything up front, and we pay all case costs. Then, when we reach a settlement or go to trial, we are reimbursed our costs and fees - so the client never pays out of pocket.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We represent client in all types of injury cases, though the most common are auto accidents (including bicycles, trucks, and motorcycles), brain injury cases, and wrongful death claims.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are hoping to hire an attorney, make sure you do your research. You want an attorney who has trial experience, and has handled cases like yours before. Not all lawyers are created equal - try to find one you specializes in your claim area.
