FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tuition is paid monthly in advance and stays consistent throughout the year. Discounts are available for students who commit to a full year of lessons. Lessons are available online via video call or in person. Any additional costs for materials are communicated clearly and in advance. Rates may be adjusted once a year, and you'll always receive plenty of notice before any changes take effect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New students start with a free consultation so we can discuss your goals, experience level, and what you're hoping to get out of lessons. If it feels like a good fit, we'll schedule your first lesson — which is also free. From there, tuition begins on a monthly basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
