I am a beginner with Pilates Reformer, so I submitted a Thumbtack request for a Pilates instructor who could come to my home and help me. I am tall and needed help with understanding how to make adjustments on the machine for my height. Dahn not only helped me with that, she provided me with the 5 fundamentals of Pilates and with position and breathing techniques. I really appreciated her knowledge. She helped me a lot. All COVID protocols were adhered to.
