I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m so thankful for Baxter’s Rooter and Drain service. We are in the middle of a remodel when we had a fairly serious leak in our kitchen , I called many places, but Baxter’s Rooter came to our rescue. This is the impressive part, Trenton had a an engine fire And instead of canceling , Trenton sent his employee Mark to Make sure our repair was taken care of. Mark was amazing , he fixed our leak, installed our garbage disposal and changed all the valves/fittings. I’m not use to such great service, they literally go above and beyond. Thank you Baxter’s Rooter for helping us , we are especially thankful for Trenton and Mark for all you’ve done!!!

We needed help installing a new sewage sump system, and had trouble finding any local plumbers to help us out. Thumbtack connected us to Baxter, and Trenton responded immediately and came to scope out the job within a couple hours. Just 2 days later, the job is complete and looks great! The Baxter team even cleaned our basement before they left leaving the space much cleaner than when they arrived.

They are by far the best plumbing and drain company we've ever used! We had a new toilet installed with them and they made it so easy for us! They literally did everything from getting us the best deal on the latest and quality toilet as well as saving us a lot of money! We had another plumbing issue recently and they responded right away and even offered to stop by later that night. I told them that the morning is fine, so they showed up and fixed the clog and didn't charge us a dime since it was covered by their warranty. I promise, once you hire Baxter's you will never look for another plumbing company again!

Trenton the owner has been around construction his entire life as his father owned a construction company and built many housing developments in the Nw. He got started plumbing fulltime in 2005 and has worked at multiple plumbing company's from big to small before opening up his own shop to create a better quality of plumbers and drain repair technicians

We work with all kinds of clients being residential and commercial
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
That you should go with a contractor that you trust! Of course pricing should always come in to account but shouldn't always be the determining factor. Your home is your biggest investment therefore you should always have someone that you trust working on it.
