These guys are fantastic! Seriously, Cornel's plumbing is *exactly* the kind of company you hope to find when you need help. Our job took an unexpected twist, but they stuck with their original bid and got the work done. We were moving out, and the inspection’s sewer scope showed an issue somewhere rather deep (~14 feet deep) towards the front of our property beneath the sidewalk. We needed work to be done very quickly to meet the target closing date, which put us in a position of need of which a lot of companies may try to take advantage. Not Cornel’s. They made my problem their problem and saw it through. With services crisscrossing the area, it was difficult to pinpoint the repair location (same from all contractors we had bid). A very friendly young man (Joshua) came out, went over the knowns and unknown aspects of the job, and gave us a very competitive bid. Edgar led the work crew and was very helpful in explaining everything that the team would do to our property, how they would do it safely, and how they would clean things up when done. If we ever had another job that needs to be done, I know that I want Edgar running that crew. The deep location of our spot repair ended up requiring an additional hole to be dug under our neighbor’s yard. They worked with the neighbor to gain access and were very courteous and careful with the work they did. After the repair was completed, they buttoned up the hole nicely, cleaned up the dirt and laid down new grass seed. They even took care of repairing a segment of the sidewalk in front of the neighbor’s house while they filled in the first hole for us and poured the concrete. Our neighbors were impressed! And not only that, they completed all of this work and didn’t charge beyond the original bid amount! I am sure the other companies that bid would have charged me extra for the extended time and the additional hole to be dug. Cornel’s stuck to the price and stuck to their word. I never once had the feeling of getting screwed over or taken advantage of while in a vulnerable position of need like moving out. I’ve told all my friends about these guys, and they were all impressed. Friendly, courteous, professional work with great value. Exactly what you want.

Cornell’s is the real deal. Super responsive, even on the weekends, trustworthy, and professional. I expected to have them out to jet my exterior downspout rain drains but they were too impacted to clean out. The technician promptly called to alert me to the issue and went above and beyond to then suggest another more effective option. He did not charge for the service visit or estimate even though he could have. He thoroughly answered all of my questions and was friendly! I intend to use his service as needs arise.

Cornel was perfect. He called that he could come a little early, was very friendly and professional, and did the job beautifully.
