- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Transparent, Convenient Pricing I believe professional notary services should be simple, convenient, and transparent. My notarization fee is $10 per notarial act, in accordance with Oregon law. For your convenience, I offer mobile appointments with a flat $35 travel fee for locations within 30 miles. If your appointment is located more than 30 miles away, an additional $15 travel fee will apply. My goal is to make the notarization process as easy and stress-free as possible by bringing professional, reliable service directly to your home, workplace, or preferred location. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before your appointment, so you know exactly what to expect.

What to Expect When Working With Me When you contact me for a mobile notary appointment, I’ll first learn about your notarization needs, the number and type of documents involved, and your preferred location and time. I’ll provide clear pricing upfront and confirm the appointment details before traveling to you. At the appointment, I’ll verify the required identification, review the documents to ensure they are ready for notarization, complete the notarial acts in accordance with Oregon requirements, and provide you with a professional and convenient experience. My goal is to make the process simple, efficient, and stress-free from the initial request through completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education & Training I am a commissioned Oregon Notary Public, authorized by the State of Oregon to perform notarial services. My Oregon notary commission number is 1058865, and my commission is valid through May 13, 2029. Prior to receiving my commission, I completed the required training and education necessary to become an Oregon Notary Public. I also stay current with updates from the Oregon Secretary of State regarding applicable notary laws, rules, and regulations to ensure that my services are performed accurately, professionally, and in compliance with Oregon requirements. My commitment to ongoing education helps me provide customers with reliable and knowledgeable notary service.
