Introduction: I hold a doctorate in metaphysical healing and certifications as a Reiki master teacher, ordained minister, yoga instructor, intuitive counselor, spiritual teacher, and transformational healing.
In our work together, as with all my clients, I hold the intention to brightly hold the space for you to heal yourself with spirit. I offer guidance, support, and insight into your own discoveries and help to strengthen your dedication to your own healing and spiritual evolution. It is important to set your own intentions, even if they are vague to prepare for our work with spirit. In this session, I use all of my spiritual senses to assist you in receiving clarity and understanding about your life from the spirit realms. Life Lift coaching sessions are designed to propel you into discovering how to create the life of your dreams. Learn a simple and consistent technique to experience freedom from pain and the realization of your Self as Love. If you are wondering how to breakthrough patterns of suffering, or simply wish to get "unstuck," this session is most appropriate for you.
Energization/Activation:
This session is a deeper experience centered on self-exploration and soul expansion. Through guided visualization and meditation, powerful healing on all levels becomes possible and probable while experiencing spirit directly. Valuable insights are given to reveal the truth behind life experiences and the opportunity to choose healing and love emerges fully from the heart. Any possible techniques are often implemented such as Reiki, DNA-activation, cord cutting, soul retrieval, past life regression, mental/emotional cleansing, vibrational attunements, chromo therapy, crystal healing, sound healing, and soul journeys among any number of other possible experiences.
Living from soul spiritual mentor program:
With direct channeled guidance from your higher self, we will explore each layer of consciousness that is anchored in your physical body so that you can gain the hidden gifts and treasures that lie within.
When we align with this intention and allow the soul to lead, transformation is accelerated!
