Jenifer and her crew were awesome! I had recently bought the house and upon seeing how dirty it was I knew I needed a professional. She showed up on time ready to go! They were able remove paint stains on the floor from at least 2 years ago and cleans nooks and crannies I would never have thought of. The house is clean and ready to go!

We hired Jennifer for a move out cleaning. I loved that she was willing to come to the location ahead of time for a more accurate quote. She left the house (and even the garage!) immaculate. She even found some items we had left behind. Thanks Jennifer!

Kimberly got to work right away and worked hard to get everything done that I'd asked and in the time I'd given. I was pleased with the job and that the cleaners used were gentle.

If I could give Jenifer 10 stars I would. We needed a deep clean of our home and Jen and her team did an amazing job. The attention to detail was impeccable, and completely thorough. Our home feels lighter and brighter and as a result, we're happier. Thank you so much!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was 19 I began helping those close to me clean their homes. After a couple years my business grew through word of mouth. Today, I rely on the people who are happy with my service to tell their friends their experience working with me. I decided to continue helping with household management, predominantly because of the relationships I've formed with people over the years.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If I were about to let someone in my house I would ask these questions: 1. Why are you in this industry? What made you choose to invest your time in it? 2. How many years experience do you have? 3. What do you like about your job? 4. What products and systems do you use and why? 5. Administrative questions- Do you have insurance, are you current on taxes, and do you have double-entry accounting system in place? 6. How do you find capable employees? 7. What credentials do you have? Where do you get your business and operation expertise? Who are your influences and inspiration? (Doesn't necessarily have to be formal education, but some type of education shows a desire to continually improve self and business in order to serve more effectively). 8. What is your family like? 9. What are your main selling points and why should I choose you over another company? 10. How many years have you had your longest client? Tell me about your relationship with your clients.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Being a housekeeper is very rewarding. I get to know what people are building and growing in their lives. Sometimes people just think of how many toilets I clean and how manual labor is challenging. I am grateful that I can go to work and listen to audio books, podcasts, and learn something new everyday. Cleaning isn't a chore to me, it can be really therapeutic!
