My windows had been neglected because of a lengthy illness in my family. I dreaded to call a window cleaner because the windows were so dirty, but I was greatly surprised when I talked with Josh Cordero at Home Service King. He gave me an excellent quote and showed up right on time to get the work done. He worked so hard and stayed on task until the job was done. He has a great positive attitude which I apprecated very much. My windows look great and I look forward to having Josh back to work on my windows again.

My pricing is simple and affordable. I focus on the basics: debris removal for gutters and exterior glass cleaning for windows. Any extras (screens, tracks, interior windows, detailing) can be added if the customer wants them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond fast, look at the job in person if possible, give a clear quote, then get it done quickly and safely. I keep pricing straight forward and show photo/video proof of the work once finished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm trained in ladder safety, roofline safety, gutter clearing, and professional window cleaning. I work efficiently and keep everything simple for you.
