They were quick to respond, easy to communicate with both while scheduling and while on premises. Showed up on time, was professional, courteous, understood the project and future plans, took real interest in the resolution, and was quick to finish up! This house is a victim of a lot of DIY but that was not an issue, he really understood and worked it out!
