Francis was very knowledgeable when performing the diagnosis. He processed my warranty directly with NordicTrack, which was almost the best part of the repair, as I had already spent hours going back and forth with them, with no results. Francis kept me updated until I received the parts, and fit me in his schedule the very next day. He was quick to complete the repair, and left the area clean, even offering to dispose of the old parts. Finally, I really appreciated his expert advice on how to perform regular maintenance. I will definitely use Francis again!
