Ann has been fantastic..... She is a great "listener" and she helps to guide you in the directions that you need to go in order to succeed. She knows what needs to be done and helps to make the "ideas" a reality.... She tries to work within existing systems rather than disrupting the "normal" flow while implementing change... She is always there for you....
