Awesome response and service. During bad road conditions, they came out within a couple of hours. They weren't able to get up our hill due to ice, so the technician walked up! Very impressive!!

They coordinated technician to be sent out fast when my HVAC was not working suddenly. The technician was prompt and extremely helpful with assessment. Gave me different options on what would fit with my maintenance plan and repair along with my budget. The work was done well within reasonable time. They even help set me up with future maintenance plan to ensure I would not miss it. Great communication and overall service.

I had 4 HVAC companies come out and give me estimates on putting in a new system. They were all good, but Elisio from HVAC Ministries was outstanding. I was asking about putting in a split system or going with the basic system. After he did his inspection, went into the ceiling space, looked at the size of each room, instead of just saying Ill send you an estimate, he asked if he could sit down with me and explain my options and discuss costs. The house was constructed in 1973, equipped with the original HVAC system. He explained what it would take to put in a split system and how expensive it would be. He asked me how often I ran my heater in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. He explained because my HVAC was so old and industry standards have changed so much, the systems now were so much more efficient. He said putting in a larger 4-ton unit and an eco-bee thermostat, I would really see the difference and wouldnt need a split system. We talked about the different brands, and I said I read Trane was good and he said if I was looking for quality and pricing American Standard would be a good option since it was manufactured by Trane Technologies. By the time he left my home I felt like I truly understood my options and wasnt being steered into purchasing a higher brand when I didnt need to. His team arrived on time and finished the work on time as they promised. He walked me through everything they did and how to work the thermostat. If youre looking for an honest company HVAC Ministries is the way to go.
