- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most commonly, I moderate small online fitness groups were my clients help each other with support. I hold them accountable for their fitness and eating plans. I answer questions for them (or just provide some support/motivation) via text, email, private message, or phone. I provide an informative blog with fitness tips, recipes, and other wellness material. I have other online groups as well.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You should try to find someone who has been in a similar situation, but also someone who will make sure you cannot get away with your old excuses. Find someone who will push you, just enough, for you to continue to change, but not so much that you feel bullied. Ask questions about how the person helps others, their style of interacting and motivation, and what they expect from you as a client.
