Chef Kelly was truly my rescue angel for a last minute, special romantic dinner I wanted to put together for my boyfriend. I had less than 2 days to put together a VERY specific dinner for us, and Chef Kelly was nothing but incredible to work with. He went above and beyond, and completely blew my expectations out of the water. One of the dishes was peking duck, and not only did he go out and buy a full duck to ensure the dish was authentic, but he started working on the dish 2 days before our dinner in order to make it the best it could be. He made everything from scratch, including an avocado ice cream, mandarin pancakes, gyoza dough, and a passion fruit panna cotta. He searched multiple places to find the exact ingredients. He even brought a few special touches to ensure the night was even better, including a beautiful floral table piece, personalized menus, and a bottle of local wine. If you are in need of a private chef for any need - big or small - look no further. Chef Kelly is your guy, i guarantee you will be so happy with your choice. Thank you Kelly!!!!
