- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Plans start at $49.99 a month with $0 down and no build fee. That monthly price covers design, writing, hosting, security, backups, and 2 free change requests every month. The exact price depends on how many pages your site needs, and you'll get the number with your homepage design, before you pay anything. Plans start with a 12-month term, then switch to month to month. You get 90 days of free design changes after launch, and a full refund if you change your mind within 15 days of starting paid service. Current offer: the first 3 new clients get their first month free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You reach out, and I reply personally, usually within one business day. 2. We have a quick call (about 20 minutes) about your business: what you do, who you want more of, and what the site needs. 3. I design your homepage and send it to you, usually within a week of the call. You tell me what's right and what isn't. 4. Once the homepage is settled, I write and build the rest of the pages. You review every word before anything goes live. 5. We launch, and I keep hosting, securing, and updating your site from there. When you need a change, just send it to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Clemson University and worked professionally as a software engineer at Department of Transportation before starting Ammaneh. Every site I build is hand-coded, so it's fast, secure, and not dependent on a template or page builder.
