I had a really positive experience with this company. I was able to get all the plumbing necessary done for my home remodel (shower drain install, tub install, water heater replacement, and washer hookups). Chris communicated well and updated me throughout the job. He was also able to finish installation within my time frame, which I really appreciated. There were some unexpected issues that came up and he was able to give me options. I also appreciated how thorough he wrote out his bids for the original estimate.

The team at Cleat Lake did an exceptional job. They were very communicative and professional throughout the whole process. They completed the work in a timely manner and made sure the work site was completely cleaned after the work was finished. I will definitely be hiring them again for any of my plumbing needs.
Needed plumbing vent moved and he did the job at what I believe was a great price and fast. Communication around timing not great.

I would highly recommend these guys. Chris came and diagnosed our problem in less than 10min. It turned out to be much worse than we thought. He spent the next 10-15min going over the plan in detail and the fix (and was kind enough to take my call later that evening when i inevitably had additional questions).
Up until he arrived at our scheduled time, he made sure to keep me updated on everything.
He completed the fix in a timely manner and went the extra mile to have the city send us a new water meter.

At Clear Lake Plumbing we are a flat rate plumbing shop, we do not charge by the hour and have no hidden fees. We have upfront pricing base on the job. No drive time, No overtime or weekend charges. We do not provide estimates online or over the phone. We will come out for free to provide a free assessment and free estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clear Lake Plumbing will come out and introduce ourselves and get to know our customers, we strive on being personable and making you feel comfortable with us in your home. We treat every call as a priority and treat every home as it is our own.
