I really appreciated the quality of the work as well as the fact that he did exactly what he said that he would and really knew what he was talking about. He finished within the estimated time and the only surprise was how amazing the repair looked. I was dreading have someone work on the siding issue because I was really worried how much damage there might be this was so easy and so worth the money I am glad that I did it and am already planning the next project.

We are very happy with our final results. Our new siding looks great! Guys ran into some structural issues with our home that needed attention. They provided us an upfront quote and different options to address the problems. The guys were very pleasant and professional. They showed up when they said they would. We were a little leery about them working in the middle of winter but got the job completed and painted in a timely manner.
I would highly recommend them and will use them again when the need arises.

Was very responsive and came within a week to fix a small section of our siding. He did a great job and it doesn’t even look like there was a section that was replaced.

Grateful to Rex and his crew with Broadleaf Construction. He did siding on our entire house with pretty extensive damage around two of the windows and replaced a beam under the house. He is a great communicator and kept us apprised of any additional costs to the project when damage was found. He also painted our home as well and did a great job. He and his crew showed up on time every day and worked even in cold temps to get the job done. The photo attached was before we installed the front lights and it was overcast, but we are thrilled with the end result. Highly recommend.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do my best to make the customer feel at ease. When spending your hard earned money on your personal property I want all my clients to feel confident in choosing a solid trustworthy contractor.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first started working with my dad at the age of 17, he had been a contractor in Salem for 27 years. Once I felt confident I started my own company with a partner in 2011. The partnership ended in 2017 and Broadleaf Construction started.
