Steven was one of the first pros to reach out with a free (unreal how rare this is nowadays) site estimate. Showed up as promised and walked me through work required and checked in with what I needed. Quote was available soon after and after checking around and comparing with others, realized Western Trade LLC's quote was the best and very fairly priced for what was required. Actual work done was according to MY schedule (this after many others didn't even bother to reach out) and was over in 1.25 days. Loved the final result of a new porch railing and was very happy with Western Trade LLC.

5 stars all around. Steve built a deck for us and was able to get it done on short notice. He worked with us to develop the plans, and sourced the product we wanted at a discount in order to stay within our budget. He showed up when he said he would and completed the project within our timeline. The deck is just how we wanted it. Steve was easy to work with, a good communicator, and very professional. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Our estimates are all unique to each project. We give a detailed project proposal with every single line item individually priced out, so our clients know exactly what they are paying for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to schedule an onsite appointment to go over any and all project details. This way our clients can express their needs, and we can give them an active analysis via measurements and code requirements, to better help our clients proactively achieve their budgetary needs and project goals.
