My backyard water spigot had stripped threads, making it difficult to turn the water on and off securely. PB Plumbing not only responded to my request within a few hours, but they also scheduled an appointment for the next day (it wasn't an emergency). The technician called and arrived a couple of hours earlier than expected. He needed to make a trip back to Sandy to get the correct part, but overall, the job was finished in under 2 hours. His quote was competitive: slightly higher than a low range estimate from a competitor, but significantly lower than the top range estimate from same competitor. I appreciated the tech's professionalism, knowledge, competence, and responsiviness. Thank You!
