Columbia NW Heating & AC installed my Carrier gas furnace, AC and smart thermostat in December. Dan was nicely accommodating in coming out to my house on very short notice to talk with me about my needs and gave some recommendations on a couple of different units.I asked a lot of questions before and after the installation and he graciously and thoroughly answered all of them. I also talked with Tal in the office and he was super nice by explaining the products and offering some discounts on the packaged installation. I had received over 10 estimates (I know thats a lot, yikes) but I wanted to be thorough in my research since this was such a big investment.Columbias offer was very competitive and offered quality products with professional installers, which was all extremely important to me. Charles and Brian installed the equipment in 2 days and they were super polite, knowledgeable and made sure I understood how to operate everything before they left. Being a single female, I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend Columbia!

Upgraded my water sourced heat pump from 2004 model to 2026 Trane. KC did an outstanding job reconfigured my ductwork to work with the new system. I had complete faith in his abilities and boy did he deliver. Super accommodating and courteous. Really happy I chose Columbia for this complex job.
