We've had John handle two bathroom remodels for us and will get contact him again when we are ready to do our laundry room remodel. He was patient will all our questions, offered suggestions, and helped us reach decisions that needed to be made. He is skilled and takes pride in his work.
The picture is from our most recent remodel. There were a few complexities to deal with. For instance, the closet on the right is brand new. There used to be cabinets and a small built-in desk in that spot. We now have much more storage that is out of sight.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have over 25 years experience in construction, project management and planning. My experience is across the board in everything from working 7 years for a concrete company, over a dozen homes remodeled, new homes built, designing and managing kitchen and bath remodels for a local reputable company and everything in between. It is extremely important to have a GC who has hands on experience with new construction and remodeling and knows how to do the tasks that subs or employees are completing so that it’s done correctly, to code and will prevent future problems.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is the meet and go over the scope of work to see if we can meet the budget needs. My company can handle a bit of everything and I hope to give customers confidence in our skill set to hire us for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 year degree in Business Management. Many years working in almost all construction trades.
