FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
High end material costs more. (Oak/Iron) Low end material costs less. (Doug Fir)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll ask you what you want to see as the end result. It’s great if you have pictures of similar ideas to incorporate or we can come up with our own solution that works for the area. I’m very flexible with design as long as it is well built and functional. We agree on a price and a start date and a deposit is made. Work commences. Problems solved. Work is completed. Happiness abounds. Checks are cashed. You reach out from time to time around your favorite holiday 🥳 to tell me you absolutely love the stairs and railing or ramp. 😃
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years in carpentry. Partial mechanical engineering degree. (Tired of the loans) going back for fun later. 🤓
