- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates, stumps are not easy to price unless looked at and examined. All so we like to talk to you about what you plan to do so we can help out a little more, such as having more roots taken out, are you putting pavement in, do you need holes for putting a new tree in. We all so offer hauling away debris, wood and mulch.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love meeting the customer, that is why we do free Estimates. We want to make sure that we know what the customer will be doing with the area after we are done so we can get as deep as the customer needs us too. We make sure the area is safe by putting up nets to protect surrounding area. The customer gets to inspect before we are paid, we do fee call backs if there are problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It was more experience then education, the best learning tool is sometimes hands on and experience. I worked with a tree company for a few years before I did stump grinding, then found out how much I love it. My education is my experience.
