Had an appt. for a glass shower door install that was canceled twice. First cancellation was the evening before, techs had come down with Covid symptoms, totally understandable to cancel. Rescheduled with different techs for the following week. This was canceled an hour before. I had taken the day off of work for this appt. Romds sent an email stating his apologies and that he would send a $50 visa gift card to go towards hiring of another group for this work. Never received it.
