FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not always! Many buyers ask for a specific price which can not always be quoted off-the-cuff. Every client and event has different requirements. True professional acts must analyze their specific needs and will customize a quote specifically for them. To put it in perspective, we explain that a buyer is not simply purchasing a can of soup off the shelf where they are all the same size and price. For example, how many local or regional acts does it take to equal one Celine Dion? In order to provide an accurate price quote we must know all the variables and requirements of the buyer such as: 1. What entertainment do you want: One DJ, a 23 piece orchestra or singer? 2. How long do you want the entertainment to perform? 3. How many shows or sets do you want? 4. How big is the venue? 5. How many people will we be playing for? 6. How far do we have to travel? 7. If we have to travel do you provide food and lodging? 8. Do you want us to provide just entertainment or would you like us to produce and direct the entire event? Contact us.
