CJ came out and tuned up our gas fireplaces. He spent over 2 hours and got them working and looking better than they have in the 12 years we have lived in this house. We will definitely use Evergreen again and also will be sure to ask for CJ.

If I could post a 6-star review I would gladly do so. It would be entirely deserving. Evergreen installed a gas fireplace in my home in 2015. It's performed flawlessly. I recently replaced a worn-out valve and in the process discovered a potential issue involving the vent pipe. I contacted Evergreen, the original installer just for information. Although the system was long out of warranty, Bill Belden, the owner/manager provided an immediate and impressively informative response that exceeded every reasonable expectation. It included the offer of sending the service manager out to take a look entirely at Evergreen's expense. If you are looking for excellent workmanship and a commitment to service, go no further. Evergreen is the one.

The technician Parker, did an excellent job. He listened to my concerns, serviced the gas fireplace, and cleaned it. He was very courteous and professional, explained what he did, gave us suggestions to keep the fireplace running smoothly. I appreciate his courtesy and professionalism.

This company, and in particular Sean, who serviced our fireplace just yesterday is awesome! Not only is the customer service truly amazing, but when I thought I had an emergency with our fireplace, Sean called within just a few minutes and took care of things right away! He was professional, kind, explained exactly what he was doing and why and was just a joy to have in our home. Even our dogs adored him! This company cares about how you feel from the moment you pick up the phone until the time they finish their work! Our job was a messy job, but when they left, everything was so clean and so well put back together! Dont call anyone else!
