- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and competitive, I do price match as long as the scope of work is similar if not the same, I do have the flexibility to do that as my company is just me and I do not have the overhead that a lot of other bigger companies do so I can charge a little bit less since I don’t have to accommodate for a large overhead. My work does come with a warranty as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself and figure out what their needs are and make sure I can meet them, I explained the process of what I will be doing and how long it will take and what my pricing includes like cleanup, masking, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
14 years of doing drywall work and 3 years of journey man schooling and 6 years of owning my own company.
