- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing isn't the lowest, nor the highest in the Portland metro area, however it is competitive with our given results in delivery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We interact with customer many ways. From social media, texting, email to a simple phone call as well as face-to-face meetings. With the face-to-face meeting we meet at a local coffee shop around the customer's home/work to make it easy for travel for them. Depending on the work requested we'll prepare examples of our work and typically share even more at the time of the meeting based of their needs and ideas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kevin Pastores, the owner and lead photographer has studies in Graphic Design as well as a base Art background. Both Kevin & Ann have been doing photography for over 20 years and professionally since 2009. Both Kevin & Ann enjoy attending various Creative Live trainings as well as yearly seminars and hands-on training to hone in their craft.
