We have been dreaming of a major remodel for years. We have lived in our home for 36 years. It was built in 1969. We had a well known , high profile company come and give us an estimate. The company rep was late, rude, and clearly not interested in our project. He gave us an insane price. We were so shocked we gave up on our idea.Then we met Kelvin from Clover Renovations and everything changed. We got his information from a coworker. He came to give us an estimate last August 2023. We were immediately comfortable and engaged. We discussed our large project and waited for the estimate. It was within our budget and very reasonable. We agreed on a December 2023 start dateWe completely emptied our upstairs and we moved downstairs. The remodel included kitchen, dining, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Essentially our entire primary living space.The time projection was 10-12 weeks. There was a week of ice and snow that slowed the progress and we added some changes along the way, including installation of a new window.By 12 weeks they were 90% completeChris, Paul and Ryan were at our house nearly every weekday around 8:00. They were so pleasant, respectful and hard working. They were easy to talk to and put up with my need to know the details of their work. They answered questions and explained things during the project. There were very few hiccups. When there was, we were always amazed at Kelvins easy going attitude. He always had a solution for the problem. He always explained things and any necessary optionsOur home is absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way we imagined. Pictures will not do it justice. If you want a reference you can get our contact info from Kelvin I cannot post enough pictures to adequately show the project. There would be hundreds.

To anyone researching their remodel, your search ends here.My wife and I spent more than a year gathering bids for a small kitchen in dire need of an update. We threw in the towel once, and were about to again, because we were getting so frustrated with the outrageous bids from close to 20 renovation companies not named Clover.Kelvin, the owner, was our last appointment for a walkthrough during our last and final push to gather additional bids before calling the project quits, again. He was extremely helpful during out initial meeting, and was quick to understand our goal of updating a small kitchen, while maximizing space and storage. By the end of the day, we had an email from Kelvin with a 3D rendering of our kitchen project. Not long after we got the bid wed been waiting for, finally. Clover provided comprehensive and detailed bidding, which helped us understand the cost of the project that much more.Its literally a few weeks later as I write this, and were sitting here with a gorgeous kitchen, with high quality (soft close!) cabinets, tile backsplash, a farmhouse sink and high end faucet, and quartz countertops. Its surreal in the best way possible. The Clover team has been so on point with all communication from beginning to end. We cant thank Kelvin, Chris, Joe, Paul and team for making this update a reality for us. These guys are the real thing. Extra shoutout to Chris for his slick handy-work building a little shelf on top of our stove as well as modifying a heat vent to allow the freezer door to open and close. This team is full of creative and affordable solutions!Now I just need to figure out what to cook for dinner in our new kitchen.

Kelvin/Chris and his team were the upmost professional, by far the most organized business I have ever worked with. The punctuality and timeline are high level, and they never missed a beat. Our Kitchen remodel insisted of tear out of old cabinets/flooring/trim/pony wall. All new cabinets, beautiful flooring, and a show stopping result on the kitchen cabinets and Quartz countertops with cabinet underlighting is the best in class.The quality of work Clover renovations does is mind blowing. My wife and I will hire them again in the future for bathroom remodeling. Worth every penny to whomever is in the market. Superior quality, on time, and on budget.Kelvin was a Godsend. We were overwhelmed with purchasing a 1940s home. He assembled his team of experts and met us free of charge for our home inspection. Kelvin's experience and reliable sub-contractors put our minds at ease instantly. We knew the exact cost of our remodel and foundation repair within 3 days.We needed help envisioning the remodel, so Kelvin provided a free 3D model of our kitchen and bathroom and provided cabinet and quartz samples in addition to giving solid design suggestions. This brought the transformation to life, but more importantly, the final result was more stunning than we ever imagined. Kelvin and his team went above and beyond throughout the process, and their problem-solving ability is top-notch.We highly recommend Clover Renovations. You will not be disappointed!
