I had a very large Douglas fir that had to come down due to a different company damaging the tree about 10 years ago. Wil came out to assess the tree and gave us a plan. The tree was next to a fence and the team had to have an exit point for branches, etc. In preparation, we removed portions of 2 fences and pulled up the pavers of a patio. The neighbor had a shed that couldn't move. We had some pet graves near the base of the tree. Wil was aware that this was a sad event, as this was not a tree that I wanted to take out. The team showed up that morning, did a safety meeting, and was efficient in removing the branches and then the trunk. Stump grinding was the second day. The crew did a good job on what was a very challenging removal. Be aware that if paying by credit card, there is a 3% fee.

Our neighbors had Will and his crew out today to trim their tree. That tree hangs over into our yard as it is a huge maple, and the lots here are small. Your crew was amazing, and came over and trimmed the limbs that needed it, and took some heavy branches off of our own smaller maple tree. Will also took a look at our Ash tree and assured us that as this point, she is fine, and not affected by the emerald ash borer. We were so grateful for the professional and informative help we got today! Thank you guys, we appreciate you!
