PRO: they do excellent work, weed by hand to get roots. CON: don’t take 2 cans of yard waste unless extra fees, only got part of small front yard done—-biggest disappointment—-clover weeds not touched, nothing in lg. backyard touched. I felt ripped off as last year paid $200 for big backyard and small front yard—-With artificial turf, periwinkle, and ivy. Won’t use again. Do too little for twice the money.

Our large garden is fully landscaped in front and back. Unfortunately, it had become overgrown with weeds in the back, and I was feeling overwhelmed as to a solution. The weeds, having been merely cut back for a few years, had re-seeded, were thriving and beginning their spread to the front. After getting advice from my landscaper and weighing various relandscaping options to permanently deter, though not eliminate, the weeds, I ultimately decided that the best solution was to find someone at a fair price to do the labor-intensive task of pulling all the weeds by hand, while avoiding toxic chemicals. I placed a request for estimates in early morning, and the owner of Pacific Paradise contacted me in early afternoon, arriving the same afternoon for an estimate. He had a positive can-do attitude, was friendly, helpful and courteous. I called him the following morning to ask him to do the work, and his team arrived within two hours. Three on the team, including the owner completed the work by early evening, diligently and systematically hand-pulling the weeds throughout the front and back, working in what turned out to be a record-setting day of heat for the day in May. I am delighted to have found this wonderful company and will ask the owner to return for another visit as the weeds start to resurface. I feel certain that the owner has the knowledge and gardening experience to discuss and help me implement other possibilities to maintain a beautiful and weed-free garden.
