We use only the freshest highest quality ingredients for our menu. We handpick all of meats and produce each and every day to ensure our customers receive only the best and freshest ingredients we can provide. We do not have any food service deliveries at Fusion, we create and prepare almost everything from our delicious salad dressings and vinaigrettes to aioli and super heat sauces daily. Our menu dishes are made to order as they are placed, no warmers are allowed in the kitchen. Fusion chefs use only the finest spices from around the world in their dishes allowing our customers to adventure around the world with giant flavor explosions...our menu fuses international and down home cuisine with wonderful smoke BBQ for and amazing foodie experience.
