Our oven failed and within hours they responded. The diagnostic visit did show the need for replacement parts and they had them on hand and were able to have it done on the same visit. We also let them fix our finicky ice maker and we now have ice we can use. Their pricing was fair and work was well done so I would utilize them again in the future

Oleg was excellent. He stopped by and did his diagnostic work and gave me the bad news. He could have quoted me the repair costs and made big promises but he was down to earth and very straight forward about expense of repair vs value long term. If the appliance is not worth repairing, we’ll tell you that up front.
