My electric furnace shut down very suddenly. Frank came out the next day (offered same day) and diagnosed and fixed the problem. I was stunned at how quickly and efficient his service is and will recommend him highly to anyone needing furnace service and repair.

Our furnace broke down during the December cold when temperatures were below freezing.. Frank arrived on the same day and he found that some parts need replacement. He didn’t have parts but he promised us to turn the heat on with a workaround and come back again to replace the parts. The heat was back on the same day and Frank got factory parts in few days and installed it. He charged his fees only when he replaced the factory parts. Very reliable, expert and dependable when you need help with your HVAC issues.

Frank was extremely responsive when our A/C failed during the recent heat wave. He got it up and running the same day, and was able to come back a week later and replace the 27 year old unit. He explained everything that he needed to do and completed the job exactly in the time he estimated. We are very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend him to others.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We charge $ 95.00 for the service call to come out and find the problem . If it's some thing minor like a blown fuse or burnt wire we'll fix it for the $95.00 If you need a part or additional work we will quote you a price up front the part installed plus the $95.00 service charge

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Just give us a call and we can set up a date and time to come out. We work with a three hour window. If you need a phone call an hour before we arrive at the house we can also set that up.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have 40 years of experience working in the H.V.A.C field.
