Kohei’s team did a great job. Attention to detail was on point throughout. They removed an old concrete patio and built a new deck with a finished awning. It looks amazing. They also built an extremely well-built fence on the backside of the yard. Kohei was great at communicating throughout any weather delays or other issues. Highly recommended. We will return as customers

We hired Kohei and his team for several projects, and everything turned out amazing. They completely changed the layout of our yard including a retaining wall, fence and plants. They also laid a flagstone patio, a concrete patio and assembled a gazebo at another property. They remodeled a small guest house as well. Kohei is a great communicator and always keeps you apprised of the timeline and next steps. The work is done in a reasonable time frame as well. We’ve been happy with our experience!

I had a small leak in my bathroom that caused some water damage to the floor trim, and this team handled everything quickly and professionally. They identified the problem right away, repaired the leak, and replaced the damaged trim so it looks brand new. The communication was great, they showed up when they said they would, and the quality of their work was top-notch. It’s such a relief to have the issue fully resolved and the space looking even better than before. I’d absolutely hire them again for any future home projects!

As first-time homeowners you commit to any significant home improvement project that requires the services of an outside party with underlying hesitancy and wishful thinking. You hope the "expert(s)" you hire truly knows what they are doing and can make your vision a reality. Well, Kohei and 503 Builders LLC did just that, as they went above and beyond in transforming our unreliable primary bathroom into a part of our house we never want to leave. From the initial on-site consultation, to the necessary labor being exercised in precise, efficient steps, my wife and I never had a doubt that we were in good, guiding hands. Whether it was his consistent, prompt communication, friendly engagement while ideaing with us, or unwavering flexibility, Kohei made my wife and I feel like we were the priority project amongst the many he was managing at the time. We never felt throughout the process working with him and his team that the most preferred outcome was not going to be reached. We already got 503 Builders firmly at the top of mind for the next home improvement project we take on- you should too!

We needed a contractor to help us with a complete renovation down to the studs (in some of the rooms), new roof, windows, plumbing, electrical, paint, etc. Not only that, but we needed someone to help us with a complex renovation loan process with HUD. Kohei and his team were easy to work either way and also added valuable collaboration and ideas. He was there to save the day several times when we ran into unforeseen gotchas! Renovations can be stressful, but Kohei and his team were always a part of the solution and I always felt they had us! We will be using them again! Just need to find the next house that needs love 😜
