Kohei and his team did a fantastic job on a challenging project. We had water damage in a bathroom that required replacing the vanity, sheetrock and redoing the shower, tile and all. Kohei worked with us to select replacement material and the installation of everything was perfect. We now have a beautiful new bathroom. The challenge was how to make the plumbing work with the new equipment. Several times I was sure it couldn't be done but the team at 503 Builders worked it out to perfection.

I had a small leak in my bathroom that caused some water damage to the floor trim, and this team handled everything quickly and professionally. They identified the problem right away, repaired the leak, and replaced the damaged trim so it looks brand new. The communication was great, they showed up when they said they would, and the quality of their work was top-notch. It’s such a relief to have the issue fully resolved and the space looking even better than before. I’d absolutely hire them again for any future home projects!

Kohei’s team did a great job. Attention to detail was on point throughout. They removed an old concrete patio and built a new deck with a finished awning. It looks amazing. They also built an extremely well-built fence on the backside of the yard. Kohei was great at communicating throughout any weather delays or other issues. Highly recommended.
