Kohei and his team did a fantastic job on a challenging project. We had water damage in a bathroom that required replacing the vanity, sheetrock and redoing the shower, tile and all. Kohei worked with us to select replacement material and the installation of everything was perfect. We now have a beautiful new bathroom. The challenge was how to make the plumbing work with the new equipment. Several times I was sure it couldn't be done but the team at 503 Builders worked it out to perfection.

Kohei’s team did a great job. Attention to detail was on point throughout.

They removed an old concrete patio and built a new deck with a finished awning. It looks amazing. They also built an extremely well-built fence on the backside of the yard.

Kohei was great at communicating throughout any weather delays or other issues.
