503 Builders did a full bathroom remodel on my 1920s tiny bathroom! I was super impressed by the quality of work and attention to detail. They made sure to cover the floors and clean up after each day of work. I love my new bathroom and definitely recommend Kohei and his crew!

I needed a complete rebuild of my Casita on my float home on the Columbia river. 503 Builders, LLC was incredible. Professional, good price, and incredible working staff made this project a complete breeze. I highly, highly recommend this contractor for any work that you need done.

We had a very large job done including rebuilding outdoor stairs (44) with a large landing in the middle and concrete steps. Also, reroofing and flashing of a large storage shed. His team worked in the rain and cold. They showed up on time and got the job done on schedule. They cleaned up the site as if no one had been there. Kohei was always available on site when needed. He was a dream to work with. The price was right, he was honest about everything and had lots of good suggestions. I would recommend him for all the reasons above.

I hired 503 Builders to replace the trim around two windows and an entryway. I was in a hurry because I was having new blinds installed. I tried sourcing the trim myself with no luck because the width wasn't a standard size. Kohei was able to source the trim, saving me some time. On the day of the job, Aaron came in and went straight to work. He was polite, communicated well and paid attention to detail, making sure everything lined up and taking care to fill the nail holes and the corner seams. He also cleaned up after himself and made sure I was happy with his work before he left. My windows and the entryway look great! I would hire 503 Builders again. Thanks guys!
