As first-time homeowners you commit to any significant home improvement project that requires the services of an outside party with underlying hesitancy and wishful thinking. You hope the "expert(s)" you hire truly knows what they are doing and can make your vision a reality. Well, Kohei and 503 Builders LLC did just that, as they went above and beyond in transforming our unreliable primary bathroom into a part of our house we never want to leave. From the initial on-site consultation, to the necessary labor being exercised in precise, efficient steps, my wife and I never had a doubt that we were in good, guiding hands. Whether it was his consistent, prompt communication, friendly engagement while ideaing with us, or unwavering flexibility, Kohei made my wife and I feel like we were the priority project amongst the many he was managing at the time. We never felt throughout the process working with him and his team that the most preferred outcome was not going to be reached. I had a small leak in my bathroom that caused some water damage to the floor trim, and this team handled everything quickly and professionally. They identified the problem right away, repaired the leak, and replaced the damaged trim so it looks brand new. The communication was great, they showed up when they said they would, and the quality of their work was top-notch. It’s such a relief to have the issue fully resolved and the space looking even better than before. I’d absolutely hire them again for any future home projects!

We worked with 503 on three medium sized projects over the span of four months and are pleased with the end results. Our primary project was our main bathroom and the bid Kohei gave was more than fair given the amount of custom work we wanted. Kohei was a great thought partner, accommodating to complex design requirements, and responsive when challenges arose. In this price range, half of the day-to-day project management fell on us but we didn’t mind since we prefer to be involved. With gratitude, his crew is easy to work with and welcomed feedback throughout the process to ensure things are exact and that we’re happy. Since completion, we’ve had guests who were blown away by our new bathroom.
