We recently moved and hired J&E Shine to clean our old home. My husband and I couldn't believe what a great job she did! She cleaned all 5 rooms, 2 1/2 baths, kitchen, living room and dining room. We were shocked when she only charged us her original quote. She is an incredibly hard worker and if you can, TIP HER WELL! I would hire her again in a second!

I was truly amazed by the vigorous and aggressive intense cleaning that started at 10am and went till 3pm. Thorough, they really went that extra mile. I’m moving and needed that extra effort to help me get the house ready. My realtor stopped by while the cleaning was taking place and she made sure to get their contact info, as she was also impressed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per square footage. The first clean will be more.. for example a 2500 square footage house will be $375.00 for the first clean(.15 cents per squarefoot) . regular clean is based on your budget and what you need each time. for example if you only want to spend $100 every 2 weeks I will tell you want I can do with $100 ect.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning at the age of 19 years old, I worked for a cleaning company for 5 years. During those 5 years I did alot of reading and research of how to manage a cleaning company. I then decided to move forward with my company. I started with one client and then she recommended me to another client, and in 2 years I was able to do house cleaning full time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many different types of customers . every day is a learning experience.
