- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a flat fee based on the square footage of your home and what you need done. I will provide a complimentary consultation over the phone or in person to determine the fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out the details of what the customer would like done, what time and day of the week works best for them and make a plan based on this information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience cleaning residential homes and working with people.
