We've worked with All Fuel at 2 different houses with 5 fireplace installs. They've always been professional and responsive and their work has been solid. The last install really stood out for quality and customer service however thanks in large part to one of their techs Skyler Hume. We had a fireplace we paid a lot for with a subpar paint job and problems on the initial install. Tyler came in, had the unit disassembled, repainted, and reinstalled quickly and didn't charge us for the extra work and effort. It was a very positive experience and I would recommend All Fuel for heating and HVAC needs.

I really appreciate the excellent, professional service that Ted performed on my gas insert. He diagnosed an unusual problem, assured me that all was in safe and working order, and thoroughly cleaned the unit. He explained what he was doing as he worked, which I really appreciated. Ted is an excellent representative for his company, and Im a happy, satisfied and loyal customer!

New electric fireplace looks great and very happy with professional, quick and friendly installation by Ted Ulsky. Excellent communication and pleasure dealing with scheduling staff. Would recommend and will use for systems maintenance.

Great service! From the first meeting with Robert to the installation of the new gas fireplace by Dakota and Cody, everything went perfectly. They even coordinated with the roofer and contractor to get everything done in a timely manner.
