My experience with Dustin has been amazing! He’s professional, knowledgeable, patient, encouraging... all the things that make for a great coach/teacher. If you want results, he’s your guy! He was punctual, flexible, always had a smile on his face. He pushed me each day to be my best and stick to my goals. I have made so much physical improvement since I began with him just three months ago. I cannot believe how much stronger I am! He made himself available to me for any questions both inside and outside the gym. He always responded in a timely manner. He is passionate about his work and it shows! Dustin is a great friend of mine and the best fitness coach/bodybuilder I’ve ever seen. When I started Dustin’s program I was at roughly 213lbs. I started his diet & workout program July 1st 2017. I was trying shred as much as much fat as I could befofore my Hawaii trip in less than 6 weeks. I shared a few progress photos. The dates are screenshot for a legit timeline. I was down to 192 and lost 21 lbs in about 5 weeks. I also gained more strength and muscle in that time. I haven’t been that light since I was 17 years old! Over 25 years of my adult life I've employed the guidance of many trainers and coaches. All have had unique skills. Dustin stands out quite high amongst them. He has a vast and up-to-update knowledge of muscle mechanics and how to stimulate by growth and definition, as well as using nutrition and supplements to one's advantage. Over the last 5 months, people who knew me for a long time have been impressed with my progress. "You're ripped!", "have you been hitting the gym a lot lately?"; those comments and the like have been regular to hear. At 51 (shhhh. It's a secret) I feel at the peak of my in-shape goals. Dustin’s passion as a coach is easily recognized through his work ethic. When you are trained by Dustin you aren’t just getting a workout, you’re getting tons of knowledge as well. He won’t just tell you to do something without explaining why and how to do it. In my experience Dustin was able to very easily fix a problem that I’ve had for more than a year now (unlike the many people I’ve spoke to and trained with in the past). For about a year and a half I couldn’t do any pressing or fly movements without my right shoulder killing me. Working chest seemed almost impossible due to my issue. Dustin, however, spotted my problem right away and explained to me why it was I was feeling tension in my shoulder rather than my chest. After fixing my form I had felt the best in my chest than, probably, ever before. Getting help from Dustin hasn’t only fixed my issue with chest engagement but I now feel that I have a better understanding on the mechanics of lifting along side the nutrition aspect. When choosing a coach, you want someone that cares about your well-being and wants to see you reach your goals just as much as yourself. I believe Dustin is that coach.Apr 10, 2019

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The more times each week we train together the less money each session cost you! 2x/week saves 10% 3x/week saves 15% 4x/week saves 20% If you refer someone to me and they sign up, you get a free week of whatever package they got! i.e. if they train 3x/week you get 3 free sessions!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first think we need to do is assess what you can do. From there we will build a program based on your goals that will help you move closer to them with each workout. We will focus on progressing your form and executing movements properly before we progress weights so help keep you safe and pain free!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was a teacher (special ed.) for the past 7 years so I love to "teach" training. How you do movements matters and my background in teaching helps me do that in the most effective way.
