We work directly with all major insurance carriers to ensure your claims are handled properly, but our primary focus is giving you an accurate, science-backed assessment of what actually needs to be fixed—without the high-pressure sales tactics.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is built on an "Education First" framework. When you contact us, we don't just rush in with a contract for you to sign. First, we locate the root cause of the moisture using advanced diagnostics like FLIR thermal imaging cameras. Once we identify the exact source of the problem, we walk you through the structural data, explain the timeline, and outline the safest, most efficient path to completely dry and restore your property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings decades of structural and restoration expertise to every single job. Personally, I have been immersed in the construction industry since I was seven years old, learning building fundamentals hands-on from my grandfather. Combined with over 10 years of professional construction sales and business development experience, we back up our field knowledge with industry-standard certifications in advanced moisture mapping, thermal imaging diagnostics, and psychrometrics (the science of drying).
